Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — the same crystallised carbon with the same hardness, sparkle and fire as a mined one. It is not a simulant like cubic zirconia or moissanite. Every centre diamond in our range is graded and certified by IGI on the same scale as natural stones.

Each centre diamond is independently graded and certified by IGI (the International Gemological Institute). Your certificate details the diamond's cut, colour, clarity and carat, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Our rings are crafted in recycled precious metals, and many styles are available across several colours including platinum, white gold, yellow gold and rose gold. You can choose your metal on each product page.

Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked, insured delivery. Ready-to-ship rings are dispatched in four business days; resized rings, made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted for you and take longer. See our Shipping page for full details.

Australia uses letter sizing (F–Z). The easiest method for a surprise is to have a ring they already wear measured.

Eligible pieces purchased in Australia and New Zealand can be returned for a gift card or exchange within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions apply Bespoke, engraved and custom-made pieces are excluded. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

Ready-to-ship rings are finished pieces in stock now, dispatched within 4 to 10 days. Made-to-order rings are crafted for you in your chosen metal and stone. Bespoke is a fully custom ring designed with you from scratch.

Yes. Our pieces are covered against manufacturing faults. If you ever have an issue with your ring, contact our care team and we'll help put it right. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
